Key Responsibilities:

· Provide first-level technical support (L1) to end users for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

· Respond to IT service desk tickets, calls, and walk-in requests within defined SLAs Troubleshoot issues related to:

Windows OS (Windows 10/11)

MS Office / O365 applications

Email configuration (Outlook)

Network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN basic issues)

· Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of:

Desktop/laptop systems

Printers and scanners

Standard business applications

· Manage user account support (password reset, access issues) via tools like Active Directory

· Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for issue escalation

· Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

· Assist in recent user onboarding (system setup, email configuration, access provisioning)

· Ensure timely closure of tickets and proper documentation





· Provide basic support for antivirus, patch updates, and system health checks

Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of Active Directory

· Basic understanding of ITIL processes

· Experience in handling onsite support activities

· Familiarity with remote support tools

Required Skills:

· Basic knowledge of:

Windows OS troubleshooting

Networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP)

Microsoft Office / O365

· Understanding of ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.)

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a client-facing environment

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
