Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Fresher to join our team as a Junior Purchase Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving orders from local medical stores, managing inventory requirements, communicating with pharmaceutical manufacturers/distributors, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Processing: Receive and record daily purchase orders from local retail medical shops via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person visits.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels daily to identify shortage items and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Contact pharmaceutical distributors and companies to place reorders, track delivery schedules, and secure best prices.
- Invoice & Record Maintenance: Cross-check incoming stock invoices against physical inventory and record purchase details accurately.
- Customer Support: Coordinate with local chemist shops regarding stock availability, order statuses, and delivery timings.




- Returns & Claims Management: Assist in handling damaged goods, short-expiry products, and processing supplier credit notes.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: 12th , Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc), Commerce (B.Com), or Business Administration (BBA).
- Experience: Freshers welcomed! Prior internship or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Excel/Word, email handling, or pharmacy billing software).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic mathematical and analytical abilities for handling quantities and billing.
- Ability to learn medicine brand names and generic compositions quickly.
- Attributes: Punctual, honest, eager to learn, and capable of multi-tasking in a quick-paced wholesale environment.
