Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve profitability and unit economics
- Own and analyze Marketplace P&L; performance
- Ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance (Income Tax, TDS, GST)
- Drive automation and improvement of financial reporting
Requirements
- MBA Finance / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- 8–12+ years in Finance, FP&A;, or Marketplace Finance
- Detailed knowledge of P&L;, Working Capital, Cash Flow, EBITDA, Budgeting
- Experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Retail, or D2C (Mandatory)
- Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau proficiency
