Job Title: Store Keeper
Location: Gurgaon, Sec 48

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Store Keeper to manage all on-site store operations at our Gurgaon project. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, knowledge of construction materials, and hands-on experience in inventory and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage the store inventory, ensuring proper storage and cleanliness.
- Receive, check and record all incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain daily stock registers (manual and digital) with accuracy.
- Verify material quantity and quality as per delivery challans and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements and shortages.
- Keep track of rapid-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and prepare reports.




- Maintain proper documentation including GRN, issue slips, return slips etc.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters and site engineers for timely material flow.
- Follow safety and compliance guidelines within the store premises.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and basic inventory software.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- Any additional certification in store or inventory management is a plus.
