Job Mission
The Society Sales Executive is the face of Hoora on the ground. Your mission is to acquire residential societies, engage with vehicle owners, and drive vehicle-care package subscriptions. You will be responsible for turning residential complexes into high-volume service hubs through daily activations, relationship building, and proactive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Society Onboarding: Pitch to and onboard residential societies, securing permissions for internal promotions and service delivery.
- BTL Activations: Execute daily Below The Line (BTL) activations, canopy setups, and promotional campaigns within acquired societies.
- Sales & Registrations: Drive resident app registrations, sell recurring car/bike care packages,
and generate consistent daily demand.
- Customer Retention: Maintain regular engagement with residents and conduct service follow-ups to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries on the ground, ensuring high satisfaction and trust in the Hoora brand.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Prior experience in direct sales, field marketing, or BTL activations.
- Communication: Excellent local language and English communication skills to confidently interact with RWA members and premium residents.
- Drive: High energy, target-oriented, and comfortable spending the majority of the time in the field interacting with customers.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
