Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear and sunglasses.
- Assist customers with frame styling based on face shape, lifestyle, and fashion trends.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
- Explain product features, lens options, pricing, offers, and warranties.
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
- Handle billing, inventory, and daily store operations.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest eyewear collections and fashion trends.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, fashion, eyewear, apparel, jewellery,



or luxury retail.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Well-groomed, confident, and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience) + Performance Incentives
