Job Title: Part-Time Telemarketing Executive

Company: Sister Concern of Chaosology

Location: Sankar Colony, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli

Location Preference: Candidates only from Tirunelveli, specifically in and around Sankar Colony, Palayamkottai

Work Mode: Office

Working Hours: Shift1 - 9.00 AM to 1.30 PM, Shift2 - 1.30 PM to 6.00 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Part time Telemarketing Executive to join our sister concern of Chaosology. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads. Candidates residing near Sankar Colony, Palayamkottai will be given first preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.





- Promote company products/services and explain features clearly.

- Maintain daily call logs and update customer details.

- Schedule follow-up calls and assist in lead conversion.

- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information.

- Coordinate with the internal team for lead tracking and updates.

Requirements

- Location: Must reside in Tirunelveli, preferably Sankar Colony, Palayamkottai or surrounding areas.

- Experience: Freshers or candidates with telemarketing/calling experience.

- Communication: Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).

- Basic phone handling and customer interaction skills.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Work Schedule:

- Part-time

- 4.5 hours per day (Exact timings will be discussed during the interview)
