MRH Studio is a branding, packaging, and digital marketing agency serving clients across India and Australia. We handle brand identity, packaging design, social media management, website development, paid advertising, and content production. We're hiring Social Media Managers to plan, create, and grow social presences for our client roster — from strategy through to daily execution.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you'll own the social media strategy and day-to-day execution for a set of client accounts — planning content calendars, writing captions, coordinating with designers and video editors, scheduling posts, and tracking performance. You'll work across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others depending on the client) and need to adapt tone and strategy for different industries and audiences, including international (Australian) clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts
- Write engaging captions and post copy tailored to each brand's voice and audience
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to brief and source content
- Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes to keep content strategies current
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth)



and report insights to clients and internal teams
- Respond to comments/DMs and manage community engagement where required
- Stay aware of timezone differences to schedule content appropriately for Australian clients
- Suggest and test current content formats/campaigns to improve account performance

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts — agency experience preferred
- A portfolio or case study of 2+ accounts you've grown, with clear before/after metrics
- Strong copywriting skills and an eye for what makes content perform
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn best practices and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.)
- Basic understanding of paid social/boosting is a plus
- Ability to adapt tone and strategy across different industries and client types
- Comfortable working with international clients and adjusting for timezone differences
- Based in or willing to work from Vadodara

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with running or assisting with paid ad campaigns
- Prior experience with Australian or other international clients

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
