HR Intern – Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment by working on live hiring requirements for a fast-growing technology consulting company with global operations.

Unlike conventional internships, you will actively contribute to real hiring projects, interact with candidates, coordinate interviews, and learn industry-standard recruitment practices while working alongside experienced professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and college networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess basic eligibility.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
- Assist in executing ongoing recruitment campaigns and team expansion activities.




- Learn and implement modern sourcing and recruitment strategies.

Eligibility

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
