We are seeking a experienced reliable and detail-oriented Banking Product Application Support professionals to provide functional and technical support for banking applications and product platforms.

Responsibilities

- Configuring the Server
- Configuration of Applications
- Addressing Vulnerability assessment Points shared by the clients
- Debugging of Logs
- Proficiency in writing SQL Queries
- Data Extraction from various systems
- Finding the root cause and providing solutions to client issues.
- Proactively coordinate with the product team to come up with fixes
- Documenting error reports and monitoring performance metrics
- Configure product features, users, and user access as per client requirements.
- Monitor production workplace in its performance and stability
- Install the required tools and software.




- Proficiency in remote desktop and helpdesk software

Requirements

- B.E. Computer /BCA / MCA or relevant field.
- Exp : 1 to 4 Years.
- Location: Mumbai/ Powai / Chennai.
- Knowledge of Linux (RedHat RHEL) and Windows operating system
- Knowledge of Java (Basic Understanding), Shell scripting
- Knowledge of Tomcat , Apache Web server, and JBoss (preferred).
- Knowledge of all database (Oracle, MS-SQL, My-SQL etc)
- Knowledge of API (Json and XML)
- Usage of curl command and postman
- Clear logical thinking and communication
- Ability to keep calm in high-pressure situations.
- Time-management and multitasking
