Hiring Team Leader-Non Voice Process (Chat, Email & Letter)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Team Leader (Non-Voice) to manage chat, email, and letter-based operations, ensure process accuracy, and lead a back-office team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a non-voice team handling chat, email, and letter communication.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ensure smooth process execution for back-office workflows.
- Communicate professionally (verbal & written) with MGL officers and stakeholders.
- Support the team in system-based and manual task environments.
- Drive operational efficiency through process knowledge and team guidance.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum Qualification - Graduate in any stream
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Non-Voice process.
- Minimum 1 year experience in back-office operations.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.

Work Details

- Full Time
- Shift: Day shift/ rotational (depending on process)
