Job Title: Billing Executive – Back Office (Assurance Department)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to join our Assurance Department. The ideal candidate should have experience in billing, invoicing, basic accounting, GST, and back-office operations. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Generate bills and maintain billing records.
- Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain billing documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and payment-related queries.
- Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Assist with basic accounting entries and GST-related documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.




- Handle professional email communication with clients and internal teams.
- Perform other back-office administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook/Email communication.
- Understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts and GST.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) preferred.
- Candidates from other relevant educational backgrounds with billing experience may also apply.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Billing, Back Office, or Accounts.
- Experience in GST billing and invoicing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
