Roles and Responsibilities :

Production & Recording:
Arrange all raw materials in the production area in order to given production job order.
Ensure all stock transfer to be finished before batch started.
Ensure all down the line gangs are producing the FG as per given priority.
Update Production Register after each batch run.
Production Entry updation in ERP.
Ensure daily Production Plan approved and proper handover to next shift.
Coordination with FM regarding production, breakdown & team.
Ensure goods loading & unloading as per the given timelines.
Maintain cleanliness of production areas & goods kept in the areas marked for outward & store.
Proficiency in quality control, managing budgets and production costing.

Others:
Timely reporting
Production target achievement with ERP Entry




ERP Entry for all batch run
Utilisation of given Manpower
Arrangement of goods & resources including stock transfer
Effective coordination with FM
Spontaneous breakdown handling

Qualification: Engineering Diploma/Degree

Min 2-5 years of experience on shop floor level in Small and Medium Enterprises

Knowledge of ERP is must
