Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure, including farmhouse, roads, bridges, dams, pipelines, water systems, and other civil projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and manage civil engineering projects from conception through completion.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans.
- Perform site investigations, soil testing, and feasibility assessments.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, blueprints, and other topographical or geologic data.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, and labor.
- Supervise construction activities and conduct regular inspections.




- Address environmental, health, and safety (EHS) concerns throughout project phases.
- Provide technical advice and resolve design and development issues on-site.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress.
- Experience: [10+] years of experience in civil engineering or construction project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or similar engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in [infrastructure development, residential buildings, highway design].
- Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and sustainable construction practices.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
