Job Summary

SAP on Azure Architecture & Strategy Design and implement SAP landscapes on Microsoft Azure, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, and SAP HANA environments. Define target-state architecture, sizing, high availability, disaster recovery, and cloud adoption strategies. Develop cloud migration and modernization roadmaps aligned with business objectives. SAP Migration & Transformation Lead SAP migration projects from on-premises to Azure. Drive SAP HANA migrations, SAP system refreshes, upgrades, and platform modernization activities. Assess application dependencies, infrastructure requirements, and migration risks. Infrastructure & Platform Management Design and manage Azure infrastructure supporting SAP workloads. Configure Azure networking, storage, backup, monitoring, disaster recovery, and security services. Optimize performance, scalability, and resilience of SAP landscapes. Security, Compliance & Governance Implement Azure and SAP security best practices. Ensure compliance with corporate, industry, and regulatory requirements. Design secure connectivity, identity management, and data protection controls. Automation & Operational Excellence Automate SAP infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep). Develop operational runbooks, monitoring solutions, and support procedures. Enable proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and operational governance. Performance Optimization Monitor and optimize SAP HANA database performance. Perform workload analysis, capacity planning, and cost optimization. Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement remediation strategies. Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders, SAP teams, infrastructure teams, and cloud architects.



Review solution designs and recommend modernization opportunities. Support cloud adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Revenue Generation At The Tower Level By Leveraging Sap Basis And Sap Hana Capabilities, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Goals.
2. Ensure Timely Resolution Of Escalations And Crises In Support Operations, Adhering To Agreed Sla Norms And Utilizing Best Practices In Sap Support.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports Generated From Sap Systems, Ensuring Compliance With The Statement Of Work (Sow) And Delivering High-Quality Services.
4. Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing Current Initiatives And Frameworks That Enhance Service Delivery And Client Engagement In Sap Operations.
5. Implement The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying And Executing Automation Opportunities And Self-Driven Initiatives Within Sap Environments.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Sap Basis And Sap Hana Technologies.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Operational Processes And Service Delivery Frameworks.
