Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Human Resources & People Operations to build and lead the HR function across the organization. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for creating a solid organizational culture, establishing HR policies and processes, ensuring statutory compliance, attracting and developing top talent, and partnering with leadership to support the company's growth. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, manufacturing, or other operations-driven industries and has successfully built scalable HR systems in high-growth organizations. Key Responsibilities HR Strategy & Organizational Development Develop and execute the company's HR strategy aligned with business objectives. Build a high-performance, values-driven, and employee-centric culture. Design organizational structures, competency frameworks, career progression,



and succession planning. Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and change management.

Policies, Governance & Compliance

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and workplace guidelines. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory regulations. Manage PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments Act, POSH, Contract Labour compliance, and other statutory requirements. Lead internal and external HR audits and maintain all statutory documentation. Ensure HR governance, documentation standards, and policy consistency across all locations.

Pay: ₹25,164.39 - ₹35,406.04 per month
