Role Overview

As the Studio Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring every class, event, and customer interaction reflects Studio's premium experience. You'll be responsible for managing operations, leading the front-of-house team, coordinating schedules, maintaining studio standards, and supporting business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudio Operations

- Manage the day-to-day functioning of the studio.
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and operational at all times.
- Open and close the studio as required.
- Maintain inventory of retail products, café supplies, and studio essentials.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and supplies.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and in excellent condition.

Member Experience

- Deliver a warm and personalized experience to every member and visitor.
- Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and walk-ins.
- Manage class bookings,



memberships, renewals, and cancellations.
- Resolve member concerns professionally and promptly.
- Build meaningful relationships with members to foster a robust community.

Events & Partnerships

- Coordinate workshops, community events, and brand collaborations.
- Manage event logistics including registrations, setup, guest experience, and wrap-up.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners during events

Sales & Growth

- Convert enquiries into memberships.
- Follow up with leads and trial customers.
- Encourage membership renewals and referrals.
- Identify opportunities to improve member retention and studio revenue.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
