Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Education Sector

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and expand our presence in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in educational sales, institutional partnerships, and business development, with a strong network across schools, colleges, universities, or EdTech organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and educational stakeholders.
- Generate leads, conduct presentations, and convert prospects into clients.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and pipeline updates.
- Participate in educational events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking activities.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Mandatory experience in the Education Sector (EdTech, Training, Educational Services, Publishing, or Institutional Sales).

Experience Required

- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Education Sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Experience in B2B and institutional sales is highly preferred.
