Eligibility
- Fresh Graduates (Any Discipline)
- MBA (HR), BBA, BCA, B.Sc., BE/B.Tech Freshers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
What You'll Do
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
- Support offer rollout and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Internship & Career Growth
- 3-month structured internship with practical training.
- Exposure to live client requirements and end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Performance-based conversion to a full-time Technical Recruiter role.
- A 1-year Service Agreement will apply upon confirmation as a permanent employee.
Skills Required
