· Lead Generation, Cold Calling, managing Customer/ Prospect Database · Prospect Meeting, Site Visit · Converting Lead to Customer. Negotiation, Signing Rental Agreements · Running Campaigns with Companies, Hospitals, Colleges and driving Events · Build referral and lead generation network · Close watch on competitor analysis · Expert in Sales and Marketing through social media and digital marketing · Tie ups with various companies subscribing to long term Single Room Managed Accommodation · Co-ordination with – Graphics designer,



Printers, Web Designer, Newspaper Agencies, Hording- Sign ages and different media agencies for marketing, branding and promotional Activities · Co-ordination with Management for tactical planning, reports, targets, sales, marketing, business development, innovative planning

Minimum Qualification

· Graduate in any stream · Understanding of Sales and Marketing · Good Communication Skills – Written and Verbal · Ability to work with Customers and Vendors · Strong expertise in using Technology Platform, PowerPoint, Excel and Word · Mobile and Open to field job.
