1. Customer Relationship Management

- Welcome customers and ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain customer records, purchase history, and contact details.
- Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.

2. Customer Support

- Address customer queries, complaints, and product-related concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints with proper follow-up.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

3. Sales & Business Development

- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Inform customers about current arrivals, offers, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
- Promote premium riding gear and accessories based on customer requirements.
- Encourage repeat purchases and customer referrals.

4. CRM & Database Management

- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system or Excel database.




- Generate customer follow-up lists for service reminders and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze customer purchase patterns and recommend engagement strategies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.

5. Customer Engagement

- Conduct follow-up calls/messages for product feedback and service reminders.
- Organize customer engagement activities, riding events, and promotional campaigns.
- Collect customer reviews and testimonials.
- Manage customer loyalty programs and membership benefits.

6. Coordination

- Work closely with Sales, Billing, Inventory, and Marketing teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers for warranty or replacement-related issues when required.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
