Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving traffic, and converting leads into customers. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a solid understanding of current digital marketing trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.




Brainstorm current and creative growth strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical capability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize content and improve search engine rankings.
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify recent opportunities and best practices.
