About the Role:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have practical expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about driving measurable business growth through paid marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Improve campaign efficiency to maximize lead generation, conversions, and return on investment.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and campaign assets.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting insights, trends, and optimization recommendations.




Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of paid advertising principles and campaign performance metrics.
Basic working knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to work on-site in Delhi.

Preferred Skills:
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing strategies.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
