Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages professionally.
Convert leads into sales and achieve business targets.
Update and optimize product listings on IndiaMART.
Explain products, prepare quotations, and negotiate with customers.
Coordinate with dispatch and accounts for smooth order execution.
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Required Skills: Valuable communication, sales aptitude, CRM knowledge, digital marketing basics, and proficiency in Excel & Email.
