We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager + Studio Manager (Full-Time)

-Location: Oatmilk Social Studio, Mohali/Chandigarh
Oatmilk Social is looking for a creative and highly organized individual to manage both our studio operations and content ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves social media management and can also handle day-to-day studio management smoothly.
Key Responsibilities – Social Media
Plan, create and manage content for Oatmilk Social and client brands
Strategize monthly content calendars and growth ideas
Come up with engaging content concepts & trends
Manage posting schedules and brand consistency
Collaborate with creators & clients during shoots
Key Responsibilities – Studio Management
Manage daily studio bookings & shoot schedules
Coordinate shoots happening at the studio




Capture BTS content during shoots
Ensure studio is clean, organized & shoot-ready
Handle basic client coordination & on-ground execution
Maintain equipment and studio setup flow
Ideal Candidate Should Have
Experience in content social media management.
Valuable understanding of social media trends & brand content
Robust organizational & multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a studio setting
Creative mindset + execution-focused attitude
Social media growth experience
Brand strategy understanding
Incentives: Upto INR 40,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mohali, Punjab
