Job Summary:-
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will support daily HR operations, assist in recruitment activities, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth onboarding and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:-
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview processes
Support onboarding activities, including documentation and induction
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases
Assist in payroll inputs, leave management, and timesheet tracking
Help in drafting HR policies, letters, and official documents




Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle general HR administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR processes and practices
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced setting
Robust organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality

Preferred Skills:
Internship experience in HR or related field
Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed
Basic knowledge of payroll and HR documentation

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
