Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate day-to-day site construction activities, ensuring quality work, timely completion, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor site labor force and subcontractors.
Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors for daily work schedules.
Ensure quality of construction work as per drawings and specifications.
Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred).
4–7 years of experience in building or infrastructure projects.
Robust understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
