We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in client management, delivery governance, team leadership, and end-to-end project execution across up-to-date digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology projects.
Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely project delivery.
Drive project planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, AI, Product, and Design.
Ensure delivery quality, process adherence, and client satisfaction.
Handle stakeholder communication, project reporting,



and escalation management.
Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, and effort estimations.
Manage Agile/Scrum delivery processes and delivery KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.

Requirements:
Solid experience in Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology projects.
Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or intelligent automation projects.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience handling distributed technical teams.
Strong understanding of SDLC, project governance, and delivery frameworks.
Exposure to cloud technologies and modern digital platforms is preferred.
