Key Responsibilities
Maintain registers and daily work records.
Assist in coordinating production activities on the shop floor.
Support packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation when required.
Coordinate with supervisors, and the quality team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and production procedures.
Perform other production-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or equivalent.
Prior experience in a garment manufacturing unit is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of garment production and finishing processes is an advantage.
Ability to maintain simple records and follow instructions.
Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in a quick-paced production setting.
