We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Sales & Billing Staff member to join our store. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting laptops and accessories, process sales transactions, prepare invoices, maintain inventory records, and provide excellent customer service. Basic knowledge of computers and laptops is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their laptop and accessory requirements.
Recommend suitable refurbished laptops based on customer needs and budget.
Explain product specifications, warranty, and available services.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and billing using POS or billing software.
Process cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods accurately.
Maintain daily sales and cash records.
Update inventory for laptops, accessories, and spare parts.
Coordinate with the technical team regarding laptop availability and delivery.
Assist customers with basic after-sales support and warranty information.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending orders.
Assist in stock counting and inventory audits.




Support promotional activities and help achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in retail sales, billing, or customer service (computer or electronics store experience is preferred).
Basic knowledge of laptops, computer hardware, and accessories is an advantage.
Familiarity with billing software, POS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented.
Basic English and local language communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with refurbished laptops or IT products.
Knowledge of Windows installation and laptop specifications.
Ability to explain technical features in simple language.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
