School Involvement: Attend parent-teacher meetings, help organize school events, and guide students in co-curricular activities.
Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, robust subject knowledge, and familiarity with senior secondary curricula like CBSE or ICSE.

Prior school teaching or board-exam coaching experience is preferred by most institutions
