We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with solid expertise in offset metal printing and coating for food can manufacturing. The candidate must have hands-on experience in printing/coating operations along with production planning, quality, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end metal printing & coating production operations
Handle offset printing machines and coating lines
Ensure production planning, scheduling, and target achievement
Perform and supervise preventive maintenance (hands-on)
Monitor quality standards, shade matching, and ink formulation
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and FSSC 22000
Lead team management, training, and performance monitoring
Coordinate with supply chain and internal departments
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization




Handle audits (internal & customer) and safety compliance

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
