Role Overview

The Agentic AI Engineer will design and develop AI-powered automation agents and copilots that reduce manual effort and enhance the speed and accuracy of Finance Managed Services and ERP AMS delivery. This role is ideal for hands-on engineers who excel in rapid prototyping and LLM-based solution building.

Key Responsibilities
Build AI agents, chatbots, and copilots using LangChain, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
Integrate AI workflows with ERP (Oracle/SAP) and Finance Ops data sources.
Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for contextual intelligence.
Automate ticket triage, reporting, and communication drafts for AMS teams.
Develop APIs, scripts, and automation logic for process optimization.
Collaborate with AI Solution Lead and SMEs to convert business cases into technical designs.
Support deployment, testing,



and monitoring of AI agents in production.

Required Technical Skills
Proficiency in Python and API development.
Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Mistral APIs.
Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and embeddings.
Experience integrating AI with ERP (Oracle, SAP) or finance data systems.
Familiarity with automation tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or n8n.
Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Docker, or cloud-based deployment.

Preferred Experience
37 years in AI, automation, or software development.
Experience building GenAI applications for enterprise operations.
Exposure to ITSM, AMS, or Finance Managed Services settings.

Education
B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI specialization.
