Primespace Projects Pvt Ltd is a premier real estate development company based in Kozhikode, Kerala. We specialize in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated MEP Engineer to oversee our mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

Job Purpose

You will plan, execute, and supervise all MEP works in office to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and local building codes.

Key Responsibilities

· Site Supervision: Oversee daily installation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

· Drawing Review: Check and verify MEP shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and layouts.

· Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external consultants, MEP contractors, and site supervisors.

· Quality Control: Ensure all materials and installations meet company standards and project specifications.

· Billing & Progress: Verify contractor bills, measurement sheets, and track project timelines.

· Compliance:



Ensure all MEP works comply with National Building Code (NBC) and Kerala KMBR/KPBR rules.

Qualifications & Skills

· Education: B.Tech / BE or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

· Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in real estate or construction projects (High-rise residential/commercial preferred).

· Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of electrical distribution, plumbing systems, HVAC, Fire protection, Lifts, BMS, LPG, STP, Solar works, etc Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.

· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership, and fluent communication in Malayalam and English.
