Assist in basic food preparation such as cutting vegetables, cleaning ingredients, and preparing straightforward items.
Support in the preparation of South Indian staples like chutneys, batter, and pre-prep for dosa, idli, and vada.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
Follow instructions from senior chefs and adhere to standard recipes.
Ensure proper storage of food items as per hygiene and FIFO guidelines.
Assist in receiving and organizing stock deliveries.
Help in maintaining kitchen discipline and safety standards.
Minimize wastage and handle ingredients carefully.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
