We are looking for a proactive HR Executive – Payroll & Statutory Compliance to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
Job Description
Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
Manage compliance related to EPF, ESI, Skilled Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity.
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns.
Maintain statutory records and registers as per legal requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word/HRMS software.
Education: MBA - HR
Experience: 3 years +
Salary: 15K to 20K
Location: Perinthalmana
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
