We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Identify potential clients in manufacturing, textile, engineering, foundry, educational, and trading sectors.
Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP/software solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the implementation and support teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




Represent the company at exhibitions, business meetings, and networking events.

Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of ERP, Tally, or business software solutions is preferred.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, BBA, MBA (Marketing), or any graduate.
3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, ERP Sales, Software Sales, IT Sales, or Industrial Sales.
Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
