Branch Operations: Manage daily operations, trading activities, client servicing, and compliance.
Team Leadership: Lead staff, set targets, monitor performance, and train employees.
Business Development: Drive sales, acquire clients, and grow brokerage revenue.
Client Management: Maintain relationships, resolve issues, and improve retention.
Market Support: Provide product guidance and track market opportunities.
Business Expansion: Develop local marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
Reporting: Prepare MIS, track performance, and monitor profitability.
