Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate current business leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
Ability to work in a target-driven setting




Good negotiation and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales or business development (internships also considered)
Familiarity with digital marketing or B2B sales is a plus
