Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into successful property sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Generate and qualify leads.
Schedule and coordinate site visits.
Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
Maintain customer data and update the CRM regularly.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets.




Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closures.

Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, BPO, or Sales will be preferred.
