Job Responsibilities
Assist the Production Engineer in planning and monitoring daily production activities.
Monitor production processes and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Coordinate with production workers and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.
Assist in checking the quality of materials and finished products.
Maintain daily production records and reports.
Support in identifying production issues and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure proper use of tools, machines, and materials.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe working workplace.
Learn and understand production processes, drawings, measurements, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with other departments such as Quality, Stores, and Projects when required.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of manufacturing/production processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a production workplace.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
Ability to work as part of a team.
