Key Responsibilities:

 Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend developers.

 Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using React.js,

Next.js, and TypeScript.

 Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

 Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

 Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams.

 Drive end-to-end frontend development and resolve complex technical challenges.

 Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and responsive design.

 Mentor team members and contribute to technical hiring and team growth.

Required Skills:

 10+ years of frontend development experience.





 Robust hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.

 Excellent team handling and technical leadership experience.

 Solid knowledge of frontend architecture, JavaScript, REST APIs, and state

management.

 Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS is an advantage.

 Prior experience in BFSI, FinTech, Banking, Trading, Insurance, or Financial Services

is highly preferred.

 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
