Job Opening: Senior IE – Sample Department

Position: Senior Industrial Engineer (IE) – Sample Department
Industry: Garment / Apparel Manufacturing
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain Operation Bulletins (OB) for sample garments.
Calculate and validate thread consumption for all sample styles.
Conduct method study and time study for sample development.
Coordinate with the Merchandising, Pattern, and Production teams to ensure accurate IE data.
Analyze garment construction and recommend process improvements.
Ensure accurate SMV calculations and operation sequencing.
Support the sample department in achieving productivity and quality targets.





Requirements:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in the garment manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience in preparing Operation Bulletins (OB) and Thread Consumption.
Valuable understanding of garment manufacturing processes and construction.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
