The Head of Business Analysis Practice leads and grows the BA capability across the organization, setting standards, frameworks, and ways of working while remaining hands on in driving complex digital transformation programs. This role is pivotal in connecting business strategy to delivery outcomes, particularly within financial services domains including Customer Onboarding, AML, and Financial Crime.

Key Accountabilities

Practice Leadership & Governance
Build, lead, and continuously uplift the BA practice by establishing standards, templates, tools, and a community of practice to embed consistent BA methodologies across all squads and programs.
Define and govern BA frameworks covering requirements elicitation, process mapping (As Is/To Be), story writing, backlog grooming, and business verification testing.
Drive capability uplift through coaching, mentoring, and performance development of Business Analysts at all levels (junior to senior).
Own the BA talent strategy including resource
