Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails in fluent Tamil and basic English to resolve queries, billing issues, or service complaints.Client Onboarding: Welcome recent clients, explain product features, and ensure smooth service adoption.Relationship Management: Maintain long-term engagement, follow up on leads, and conduct satisfaction surveys to spot areas for improvement.Data Management: Log customer details, call summaries, and resolution steps accurately in the CRM database.Cross-Selling & Sales: Identify prospects to upgrade or cross-sell products while coordinating with internal teams.
