Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to support daily CRM operations and assist the CRM Manager in reporting, campaign execution, and process coordination across multiple verticals.

The role involves coordinating with counselors; marketing teams, content writers, graphic designers, and the CRM support team to ensure smooth operations, and timely campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day CRM operations.
Support CRM Manager in reports, dashboards, and operational tasks.
Coordinate with Extra Edge CRM support team for issue resolution.
Execute WhatsApp and Email marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with content writers and graphic designers for campaign creative and content.




Support process improvements and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
Knowledge of CRM systems (Extra Edge preferred).
Valuable Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Understanding of lead management and sales funnel process.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile
02 years of CRM Operations experience.
Ed Tech/Education industry experience preferred.
Freshers with positive coordination and Excel skills can also apply.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualification
Graduate in any stream.
