Position: Factory Manager

Salary: ₹25,000-₹35,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fabric manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing production, workforce, quality, inventory, and ensuring smooth factory operations while meeting production targets and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor daily factory production activities.
Supervise production staff and ensure productive manpower utilization.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timeline.
Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures.
Coordinate with stores, procurement, and dispatch departments.
Maintain production records, reports, and inventory data.
Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and coordinate repairs when required.
Implement and enforce workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
Reduce production wastage and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturing procedures.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering,



or any relevant discipline.
Relevant certifications in Production or Operations Management will be an added advantage.

Experience
3–7 years of experience in factory or production management.
Experience in fabric, garment, textile, or related manufacturing industry preferred.

Required Skills
Solid production planning and shop floor management skills.
Knowledge of inventory and material management.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Understanding of quality control and workplace safety practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
