Reporting to Senior Management Representative

DegreeDiploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with minimum 7 years experience in Engineering Industry in implementing and maintaining ISO Management Systems.

Responsible for

Establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the organization's Management System
Maintain documented information, procedures, manuals, and records.
Plan , prepare the annual internal audit schedule.
Conduct , coordinate internal audits.
Coordinate certification, surveillance and regulatory audits.
Act as the primary contact during external audits.
Ensure timely closure of audit findings
Organize Management Review Meetings. .
Monitor implementation of management review decisions.
Ensure company policies are effectively implemented.
Train employees on quality procedures and documentation.
Facilitate risk and prospect assessments.




Monitor mitigation plans.
Ensure risks affecting product quality and business operations are addressed.

Posses positive written communicationdocumentation skill and should able to writeupdate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Company guidelines work instructions, prepare formats, flow charts etc.

Proficiency in computer knowledge is must.

Permanent vacancy with expected association of minimum five years.

Age 30 years.

Desired Candidate Profile
8 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in ElectricalMechanical Engineering Diploma in MechanicalElectrical Engineering
Robust understanding of QMS implementation, ISO implementation, System Audit, Internal Process Audit, Standard Operating Procedures.
