Oversee end-to-end seed processing plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality, and safety standards are achieved.
Manage seed procurement, cleaning, grading, treatment, packaging, and dispatch activities.
Supervise warehouse operations, including seed storage, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods while ensuring proper documentation.
Monitor retail and distribution logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle internal and external seed movement, including transportation, vendor coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain seed quality, germination, and shelf life.
Lead production, warehouse, logistics, and maintenance teams to improve operational efficiency.




Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with seed certification, safety, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and supply chain teams for production planning and dispatch schedules.
Optimize plant productivity, reduce operational costs, and minimize wastage.
Maintain plant equipment through preventive maintenance and ensure uninterrupted operations.
Prepare operational reports, inventory records, MIS, and performance metrics for management review.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
Willing to travel for field operations, vendor visits, warehouse inspections, customer support, and other external business activities.
