Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale high-performance web applications. You will own bothbackend services and frontend experiences, collaborating closely with the product team in a rapid-paced, delivery-focused environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with modern tooling and AI-assisted development workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Build responsive, high-quality user interfaces with React, Vite, and TypeScript.
Integrate frontend and backend layers to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality.
Design and optimize relational data models using PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy.
Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Write unit and integration tests to maintain software quality and reliability.
Participate in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment processes.
Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code independently within tight timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications




4+ years of skilled experience in web application development.
Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using FastAPI.
Solid experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic for data modeling and validation.
Frontend expertise in React, Vite, and TypeScript.
Proficiency with Docker, containerization, and contemporary CI/CD practices.
Strong command of Git and version control workflows.
Experience with pytest or equivalent testing frameworks.
Solid understanding of authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth 2.0, JWT, etc.).
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code preferred) and strong prompt engineering practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have
Experience in logistics or domain-driven software systems.
Knowledge of AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Generative AI.
Exposure to cloud platforms and web application deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
